These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stevesandersstucco.com, operated by Steve Sanders Stucco Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
This website provides general information about stucco repair services and allows visitors to ask questions, upload project photographs, and request estimates.
Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not construction, engineering, legal, insurance, or other professional advice.
Steve Sanders Stucco Repair is not licensed by the California Contractors State License Board.
We do not represent ourselves as a licensed contractor. Services are offered only when and to the extent permitted by applicable California law. Availability may depend on project value, permit requirements, labor requirements, project conditions, and other legal restrictions.
Submitting a form, calling, texting, emailing, or uploading project photographs does not:
• Create a contractor-client relationship
• Constitute acceptance of a project
• Create a binding agreement
• Guarantee availability, pricing, scheduling, or completion
• Authorize work to begin
We may accept or decline any inquiry or estimate request at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Photographs and descriptions may help with an initial evaluation, but an on-site inspection may be necessary before a reliable scope or price can be provided.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
An estimate is based on the information and visible conditions available when it is prepared. Concealed damage, water intrusion, structural problems, unsafe conditions, code issues, inaccessible areas, or other unexpected conditions may require a revised scope and price.
No construction or repair work is authorized solely through this website. Any accepted project must be documented separately in writing when required by law. The project-specific written agreement will control the scope, materials, exclusions, price, payment terms, schedule, warranty, and other job conditions.
If these Terms conflict with a signed project-specific agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
This website does not currently process payments.
Payment requirements for an accepted project will be stated in the applicable written estimate or agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, payment is due upon completion of the agreed work.
All deposits, progress payments, and final payments remain subject to applicable California law.
Any dates discussed through the website, email, telephone, or text are preliminary unless confirmed in a written agreement.
Schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, site access, concealed conditions, customer-requested changes, emergencies, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For any accepted project, the customer may be responsible for:
• Providing accurate project and contact information
• Disclosing known leaks, damage, hazards, utility lines, or prior repairs
• Providing reasonable access to the work area
• Removing or protecting personal property near the work area
• Obtaining approvals from an owner, landlord, homeowners association, or other authorized party when applicable
• Keeping children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas
• Reviewing and approving the written scope before work begins
Specific responsibilities will be stated in the project agreement when applicable.
Existing stucco changes with age, weather, repairs, paint, and exposure. Reasonable efforts may be made to blend a repair with surrounding surfaces, but an exact color, texture, pattern, or appearance match cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Painting is excluded unless specifically included in the written scope.
No warranty is created by statements or photographs displayed on this website.
Any workmanship warranty offered for a particular project must be stated in the applicable written estimate or agreement. Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, notice requirements, and available remedies will be governed by that written document.
You may submit project descriptions, photographs, videos, and other files only if you own them or have permission to share them.
You agree not to submit:
• Unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or abusive material
• Malware or harmful code
• Content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identification information
• Files unrelated to a legitimate service inquiry
We may delete or disregard submissions that violate these Terms.

You may not:
• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
